1)<\/strong> Chatting-up leaders focused on food system reform through tapping the power of regenerative best practice, host Aaron Niederhelman examines both the problems and solutions that are paramount and opportune in feeding ourselves in the future.<\/div>
2)<\/strong> We engage in dialogues with these visionaries who know how to spin some yarn. Often eccentric and diverse in background, when these folks share their stories about our food, good and bad, we should all listen. <\/div>

3)<\/strong> These conversations give us a chance to think differently about our food. To know where it\u2019s from and the impact it has. Food is proving to be one of our best angles at having real environmental impact for both short and long horizon climate remediation. <\/div>
4)<\/strong> Food can open our eyes and educate with an informed biteful. \u00a0In each of our episodes we amplify the hope and potential that our guests bring to the table through far reaching and diverse solutions of change. We do discuss the problems and perils of our shrinking planet, but we hit it from an angle in which these concerns are being addressed – now. We focus our lens on how we can preserve and rejuvenate the inherited bounty remaining on earth purely by making better food choices. Furthermore, it\u2019s those doing the yeoman’s work that you’ll find in your earbuds. \u00a0So prick up those ears – to remain stable everywhere and anywhere it’s going to come down to how we feed ourselves, and these folks you’ll hear from have many of the answers.<\/div>

As the basis for future preventative human & planetary care, we share the burden to know more about our food and where it comes from. The production of clean and healthy food as a method of redemption to what ails us, and to the instability of the climate of our shared planet has begun developing legs in recent years. But, we have a long way to go. \u00a0With the exponential growth of our population, and too the modern plagues inflicting more of those who consume a cheap diet steeped with externalities that is beginning to prove concerning and expensive on a shrinking planet of finite boundaries – we need better food for thought.<\/p>\n

The savior to this seems to be reengaging with natural order. \u00a0To embrace biodiversity of all living creators big and small. \u00a0Creators, in many cases microbes, that have refined a process of cycling energy over billions years, and now for the benefit to us! \u00a0This regenerative nutrient loop is essential to our wellbeing. \u00a0It happens in soil, it happens in the sea, and it happens in you. Our role in enlisting in this process comes down to how we decide to feed ourselves. \u00a0What you personally put in your mouth and how the rest of the world feeds themselves is proving equally important in you living a stable life. \u00a0What’s great for us all – as either medicine or policy – you can’t beat the cultural, familial, societal, planetary and personal benefit you get from good food. \u00a0 Time to embrace it!<\/p>\n

The impact of adopting a proper practice in feeding ourselves has net positive unintended consequence on human & public health. \u00a0This\u00a0approach known as regenerative agriculture is also of great benefit to the stability of environment we share with all these other living inhabitants – big and small. \u00a0Without a sea-change in our commitment to better production of our food we’ll devour our planet for short-term gain leaving biodiversity and our wellbeing in the wake. Without more solutions of change – than more political, social and climate instability is the succession plan we’ll leave behind.<\/p>\n

Our goal with this talkshow is to celebrate leading voices on the land and from the sea who are committed to amplifying food values tied to proper natural resource management. \u00a0It is, after all, \u00a0Sourcing that Matters most to us all.<\/p>\n

Moving forward, our approach must refocus on being part of natural order. \u00a0We must harmonize with regenerative forces for all their benefits to us, our shared inhabitants and for the sanctity of the planet as a whole. \u00a0From food to our economy – a more circular approach exercised to reduce the expense of wasted resources is just a pragmatic tack on the future. At least, that’s what we think and why we’ve focused our show on talking with leaders with their ear to the rail. \u00a0Experts focused on where climate, design, policy, energy and capital intersect with food. I can only hope our series of stories motives others to unearth their passion, and to go make something good happen.<\/p>\n
