ag-tech.\u00a0 Despite maturity and complexity, food systems and agriculture are one of the last giants to remain analog and antiquated.\u00a0\u00a0From last mile delivery, mobile animal processing, big data accurately tracking global fisheries, or provenance of food, on new metrics &amp;
