Engelhart co-founder of <em>Kiss The\u00a0Ground<\/em>, and now works tirelessly to educate and advocate about the\u00a0movement.\u00a0 As a storyteller, Ryland co-created the award-winning,\u00a0transformational documentary film, \u201cMay I Be Frank.\u201d Also, he&#8217;s an\u00a0entrepreneur and activist, using his restaurants as a platform to\u00a0inspire more &#8220;gratitude&#8221; into our culture. \u00a0 Running the <em>Kiss The\u00a0Ground<\/em> Farmland program, Jesse Smith adds unique acumen from the\u00a0perspective of a producer and philosopher. \u00a0Smith is a farmer,\u00a0designer and consultant focused on the intersection of regenerative\u00a0supply and enterprise. His passion for agriculture and food systems is\u00a0rooted in his love of California&#8217;s diverse ecosystems, and influenced\u00a0by his work and travels through Africa, Europe and the western United\u00a0States.
